Wastewater Treatment System or Septic tank installed has to have EN Certification.
As of the 1st of June 2012, any Wastewater Treatment System or Septic tank installed has to have EN Certification. Anyone with an Un-Certified Wastewater Treatment System or Septic Tank will be in breach of the building regulations and their planning conditions.
